Vodafone october 2013 working vpn config file
Just download this config from here and use openvpn. If you don't have open vpn then download it.After installing openvpn client paste the configs in c/program files/openpn/config folder. then right click on the openvpn system tray icon and click on the config name to connect. Note you must be connected to the internet with vodafone default settings and your balance should be about 0 rs.
